I make and market my own recipe of Aspen Gold Honey Mustard. I use a commercial kitchen to do so. My product was evaluated by the University of Colorado in Fort Collins who also worked with me to develope the appropriate labeling and nutritional breakdown. I obtained a Wholesale Food Manufacturing license from the state of Colorado. My business is very small but I enjoy it and I'm proud to say it is a Colorado Product.
